Job Summary:
The SunWest Federal Credit Union Branch Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed the sales goals and service targets of the organization. Each branch manager is expected to:
The position may be required to work weekends and/or extended hours and regular, reliable attendance is critical. Travel will be required for coverage at the two Tucson branches - Pantano and Campbell.
Knowledge Required: (Includes formal education and on-the-job training, licensure, etc.)
High School graduate. Some university or college with an emphasis in business, accounting, economics or communications is preferable. Five (5) years of financial institution experience and three (3) years experience in the Branch Manager position (or equivalent) required.
