Enhanced Login Security

Your online security has always been a top priority at SunWest. That's why our new Enhanced Login Security feature is so important to us. This new security feature is free, easy, and most importantly, gives you extra protection from fraud and identity theft. You'll be notified at login when the feature has been activated. Just login, answer a few questions (if your not currently using our Forgotten Password feature), enroll "your" computer, and you're done. It's that easy!

With Online Bill Pay & Presentment you can:

Signing up is simple. Just specify who you want to pay, when you want to pay, and how much. Your bills are paid through secure transactions on the dates you specify, or based on custom criteria you choose! Just log into Online Banking, our secure online banking service, click on the Bill Payment icon, then follow the instructions to sign up for FREE Bill Pay & Presentment. It's that easy!!

Online Statements

SunWest's Online Statements are a great way to help the environment while protecting you from identity theft. The more online statement users we have; the less paper we use in printing, thus doing our part in saving trees and not disrupting the environment. Online statements also help protect you from identity theft by eliminating your financial information from being stolen out of your mailbox or dumpster.

SunWest's online statements are convenient and easy to access!! As part of our Online Banking service, online statements, which include regular account statements as well as credit card statements, are available for two years online and can be easily accessed from any computer connected to the Internet. No need to search through paper statements for needed information. An email message will be sent to registered Online Statement subscribers each time a new account statement is made available.

Mobile Banking

SunWest's FREE Mobile Banking service gives you access to the services that you use the most, wherever you are, whenever you want. You can check your balance, pay a bill, make a transfer, and review your history 24/7. To use SunWest's Mobile Banking you must first be enrolled in our Online Banking service. Our Mobile Banking uses the same Enhanced Login Security as Online Banking to keep your account and identity safe. The features offered with SunWest's Mobile Banking include:

Balances - you can obtain balances on all of your SunWest accounts
History - you can view the same history on your wireless device that can be viewed via SunWest's Online Banking
Transfers - you can make and schedule transfers on your account
Billpay - you can schedule, view payments, and payment history for any existing payees that you've already setup via Online Banking

Mobile banking is being upgraded beginning April 1, 2011. Access SunWest's Mobile Banking at https://go.sunwestfcu.org on your cell phone or PDA. It's quick, easy, and secure. View your SunWest accounts online anytime, day or night! The Mobil Banking address will move to a new home beginning April 4th. https://Mobile.SunWestFCU.org

Your SunWest checking account provides you free online check images. Just view your checking account history and click on the check number to view an image of your processed checks. (Adobe Acrobat Reader Required). No fees attached.
