FREE Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

As a member of SunWest, you are entitled to receive $1,000.00 of NO-COST, 24-hour Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. SunWest pays the premium for you, all you have to do to obtain this coverage is complete and return an enrollment form when opening your account. Or, you will receive an enrollment form in the mail that you can complete at your convenience. In addition, you may elect to increase your coverage at minimal cost beyond the $1,000.00, to a maximum of $250,000.00.
