If you prefer to conduct your financial business by phone, try using VAL (Voice Access Line - Audio Response). With VAL, you can obtain account balances, history inquiries on your savings or share draft account, transfer funds, or transfer a payment, see what share drafts have cleared your share draft account, check finance charges on loans, current rates on shares and even have a check mailed to you directly. Your ATM Card will give you access to your savings or checking account round-the-clock. You'll no longer have to wait in long lines. All you need is your ATM card and your personal identification number (PIN) to start taking advantage of this great service. Look for Cirrus, Exchange, or Star System logos at the ATM near you. Through Point-of-Sale (POS) and with your ATM card, you can access your Free Checking account to request funds or make purchases at any merchant displaying the Star logo. (Cash back limits may apply at certain merchants.) Request an application now.
Direct Deposit is one of the most convenient ways to eliminate waiting in line to cash your payroll checks. When you set up automatic deposit of your payroll deduction, net pay, pension or government checks, you can have the security of knowing your money has gone directly into your account. Authorizing direct deposit of your pension or government checks is always safe. You won't need to make trips to SunWest or risk a theft from your mailbox. If you are out of town or on vacation don't worry, your check will be deposited automatically.

If it's not convenient to stand in line to deposit your check, all of our branches have night depositories. Drop off your deposits, loan payments, or any transaction you wish us to conduct for you. Night drop items left after 9:00 a.m. will be processed the following business day and may not be available for immediate withdrawal. You can access the night depositories 24 hours a day/365 days a year.
Notary Public Services are available at all of our branch offices, at no charge to our members. Sign the document in the presence of our qualified notaries and save yourself the trip to another institution or paying for a private notary service.
You can have funds transferred from your Primary Share account to another share account under your primary member number or to another primary account. This can be done automatically on the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, or 25th of each month.
You can also request loan payments be transferred from your Primary Share account, and this can be done any day of the month that's convenient for you and your budget
