Your member number / password combination allows full information access to your SunWest account. Do not record your password any where that is not secured.You are responsible for the security of your password. If you forget your password, call our information center and we will reset it for you. Your initial password defaults to your VAL access code. At your first opportunity, we recommend changing your password to something of your choice. Your password may be changed in the User Options section once logged in to Online Banking.
